Īnyways, I tried the same methods, anyway I could image and I still get an error. I don't know what to do with it since I can't convert that one file. I also have Better Body and I just took it out for now. PYXIS : Heartlines Supernatural and MsBlue's V3. I'm trying to convert the same/similar skins. I'm getting the same error's as Wekselbaum, I can't screen shot them atm but if I get the chance, I'll try. People who've been using that skintone could confirm or deny that. While I haven't been using or working with tones with prominent overlays like Ms Blue V3 and can't swear to it, judging by the pics posted for that skintone the game is now making overlays have a greater effect so maybe the fix option makes it look more as originally intended in the lighter colors. I was asked to make it optional, and it's certainly possible other skintones with overlays might have a better outcome, so I came up with several variations - IMO 'fix for light tones, remove for dark tones' is the best choice.īTW, 'fix' basically means making the overlay more transparent. Yes, with the 'fix' option the discoloration is a bit better in the dark tones but still quite visible.
I have attached an image of Siobhan with Ms. I'm guessing the overlays are just not going to work. So I went back to the version of the skintones that I converted with your second version with the overlays removed and the discoloration is gone. The dark skintones are still very discolored. I used the "fix" overlays option in an attempt to fix the overlays. I tried the latest version of the mod with Ms. But yeah WW for me, with the converted skins broke the game. But if she changes into anything else or sunbathes in anything else, everything's fine as in she gets a proper tan anyway.Įdit: okay never mind the BB skin thing. I can't see through the pixelation if it's an actual suit or some weird skin glitch. I dunno what causes this but when the WW mod is out and I sunbathe in nude my sim wears some weird suit thingy.
Other than Better Body skintones as they cannot be converted as it says no skintones in that file or something. Now all of my skins should work properly.
I have the latest version of it yes but it does some other weird things too so I'll wait til the mod creator is back from holiday and does like a proper update. I also see WW has been updated for Island Living - are you using the latest version? BTW I've seen the 'sunbathe nude' option in my game without Wicked Whims so I'll have to try it and see what happens. That's interesting, I suspected it was some other mod conflicting or that needs updating.
